"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

So I'm back from a long hiatus from deviantart and a longer one from submitting stuff. My old scanner sucked and the scanner on my new printer seems to be only a little better but I've decided I really don't care anymore and will be posting art anyway. Someday maybe I will have money to buy toys and my art will have improved enough that a better scan would actually make a difference.
